*Refund & Returns Policy**

At Monozuki, we carefully source and curate premium Japanese incense and ritual objects. Please read our returns policy carefully as it differs by product type.

**Consumable Products (Incense)**
Due to their consumable and sensory nature, incense products cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. This is consistent with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude consumable goods from the standard cancellation right.

**Non-Consumable Products (Ritual Objects & Accessories)**
If you are not satisfied with a non-consumable item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@monozuki.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

**Damaged or Faulty Items (All Products)**
If any item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@monozuki.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

**Incorrect Orders**
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
